During an energy healing session, I uses a variety of tools and techniques to help you reconnect your body and soul, and promote a sense of balance and inner peace.

D-Codes™

The D-Codes™ are currents of energy that open the channels for our soul to fully settle into the body. The frequencies that transmute pain, disease and old stories harbored in our cells, for good. They attune us to our multidimensional experience.

As a Certified D-Codes™ Level 1 Practitioner, I take a holistic approach, tracking through all five (5) energy bodies at once to get to the root of the issue. I can help you to clear out the karmic cycles, ancestral bindings, and general discomfort you are ready to release, bringing about connection on a deeper level to who you are.

In the D-Codes™, we do this through a unique combination of:

• ​Collapsing Contracts (energetic agreements between two or more beings to complete a mission or play out a storyline or role in order to create a specific outcome.)

• Access complex Akashic Records (all the stories, beliefs, experiences, trauma, drama, false realities, and dis-empowerment programming, from lifetimes past, present and future, that triggers a nervous system and/or hormonal response in the body)

• Dismantle damaging projections and thoughts.

• De-story False Realities (a fictional narrative in which we have added details and emotions, to make it feel like truth)

Access Consciousness Bars

Another method I use is Access Conscious Bars, which is a gentle hands-on technique that can help release limiting thoughts, feelings, and emotions. It is based on the idea that our thoughts, feelings, and emotions create an energetic "field" around our heads, and by running energy through this field, we can release stuck energy and create more space for positive change.

Reiki

Reiki is also one of the tools I use, it is a form of energy healing that involves the transfer of energy through the practitioner's hands to the client's body. This energy can help to promote healing, balance, and well-being.

Mediumship

I also use Mediumship, which refers to the practice of communicating with the spirits of those who have passed away. She uses this technique to gain insight and guidance on any unresolved issues or blocks that may be preventing the client from healing.

All of these tools and techniques are designed to help you access root issues and reprogram negative patterns, helping you to let go of past traumas and negative emotions and promote healing, balance, and well-being.

During the In-Person session, you will be lying down comfortably, fully clothed and I will be working on your energy field, using a combination of traditional therapy methods and cutting-edge energy healing techniques.

During a Virtual session, I ask you to sit comfortably, preferably in a quiet space, where I will also be working on your energy field, using a combination of the same traditional and cutting-edge energy techniques.

You may experience a variety of sensations during the session, such as feeling a sense of warmth or coolness, tingling or numbness. Afterward, you may feel a sense of peace and tranquility, and some people may feel more energised.

Each energy healing session lasts for one hour.

They are Virtual via Zoom or In-Person at Warners Bay.

The connection between a client and myself is what truly makes a healing session successful, regardless of whether it is done in person or virtually. With the advancements in technology, virtual sessions have become just as effective as in-person sessions.

I have seen first hand the positive results that can be achieved through virtual healing sessions, and I am confident that clients will experience just as much growth and transformation from the comfort of their own home. I am fully equipped and prepared to provide the same level of care and support to my clients through virtual sessions as I would in person. So, whether you prefer the convenience of virtual sessions or the personal touch of in-person sessions, rest assured that you will receive the same level of attention and support to guide you on your healing journey.

To ensure that you get the most out of your energy healing sessions, it's important to come prepared. If you have any specific questions, situations, symptoms or concerns that you would like to address, I recommend jotting them down beforehand. This will help you to remember them during your session and ensure that we cover everything that is important to you.

However, it is also important to approach your session with an open mind and heart. Sometimes the things that we need to work on are not the things that we expect. Be open to the guidance and insights that may come up during the session and trust the process. Remember that healing is a journey, and by working together, I can help you to unite your body and soul and start living the life you've always wanted.

I understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to reschedule your session. That's why I offer a 24-hour window before your scheduled session to make any changes.

The instructions on how to reschedule can be found in the confirmation email you received when you booked your session.

However, please note that if you do not show up for your scheduled session, it will be considered a forfeit and no refund will be offered.

My healing session cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible for both clients and practitioners. Here are the details of the policy:

• Clients may cancel or reschedule a healing session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty.

• If a client cancels or reschedules within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, or if they do not show up for their scheduled session, they will forfeit that session.

• No refunds will be given for missed or cancelled sessions.

• In case of emergency or extenuating circumstances, exceptions may be made at the discretion of the practitioner.

It's important to keep in mind that the healing journey is a commitment and I ask the same commitment from my clients, by keeping the scheduled appointment or rescheduling it within the given time frame. If a client is unable to make their scheduled session, I encourage them to reach out as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel.
