Cancellation Policy

Deposit, Cancellation & Refund Policy ✨ Deposit A $200 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place. This deposit is applied toward your total retreat fee. As spaces are limited, deposits are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may: Transfer your booking (including the deposit) to another person, or Request that it be applied as credit toward a future retreat (subject to availability and discretion). ✨ Balance Payment The remaining balance is due 30 days before the retreat begins. If payment is not received by this date, your booking may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. ✨ Cancellations by Participant Cancellations made more than 45 days before the retreat: you forfeit the deposit only; any additional payments made will be refunded. Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date: no refunds are available, as all arrangements will have been made. ✨ Transfers If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another participant up until 7 days before the retreat begins at no additional cost. ✨ Cancellations by the Organiser In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone the retreat, all payments (including the deposit) will be fully transferable to a future retreat date, or refunded in full at your request. By securing your booking, you are acknowledging and agreeing to this policy. ✨ We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. While this policy helps us honour the commitments made to our venue and facilitators, please know we will always do our best to support you with compassion and flexibility wherever possible.
